Delete your account
Delete your Kelly account and the data stored with it, in the app or by email. Deleting cannot be undone.
In the app
- Open Kelly and go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. On iPhone, an account made with Apple asks Apple once more.
The account is deleted straight away, and Kelly clears your phone.
Without the app
Email kelly@cjjutba.dev from the address you use with Kelly, with the subject “Delete my Kelly account”. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, say so and we will find the account with you. We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.

- Your sign-in and profile, including a profile photo you added.
- The backup of your shifts, days off, shift times, and reminder choices.
- Schedule photos and reading results still on our servers.
- Help requests you sent from the app.
What is kept
- Usage records with no link to you, so deleting an account cannot reset the two free imports. Each keeps only a month, a status, and a keyed device code.
- Purchase records that Apple, Google, and RevenueCat keep under their own policies.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel Kelly Pro. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, before or after you delete the account.
