Who provides Kelly
Kelly is provided by CJ Jutba, an independent developer in the Philippines. These terms apply when you use the Kelly app or this website. By using Kelly you agree to them.
Using Kelly
Kelly helps you read schedule photos, review entries, and keep confirmed shifts and reminders. Keep your sign-in access secure. Upload only material you have permission to use, and avoid unnecessary information about other people.
Check your schedule
Photo reading can make mistakes. Check the name, dates, time zone, and shift times before saving. Your employer's confirmed work schedule remains the source for your working hours. Kelly is not an employer attendance or payroll system.
Reminders and phone settings
Notifications depend on permissions, phone settings, operating-system limits, and device availability. Kelly cannot guarantee that a reminder will appear or wake you. Check important shifts and use another reminder when you need one.
Free use and Kelly Pro
Free use includes the allowance and tools described in the app. Kelly Pro adds more photo imports and the extra tools listed in the app, such as hours, extra reminders, phone calendar sync, and widgets. The store shows the price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation controls before purchase.
Managing a subscription
Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown by Apple or Google. Manage cancellation, refunds, and billing through the store where you purchased. Removing the app or deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Saved shifts, manual edits, and basic reminders remain available when Pro ends.
Your data and account
Our Privacy policy describes photo processing, account backup, retention, and deletion. Keep a record of information you need before deleting it. Account deletion removes the saved backup and cannot be undone.
Availability and updates
An internet connection is needed for photo processing, account backup, and purchase checks. Features and supported devices may change with app updates. Release notes explain changes to the app.
Responsibility
Kelly is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for a missed shift, a pay difference, or another loss that comes from relying on Kelly instead of your employer's schedule. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Philippine law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as Kelly changes, and we change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
