Who runs Kelly
Kelly is made and run by CJ Jutba, an independent developer in the Philippines, who is responsible for your information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Write to kelly@cjjutba.dev about anything on this page.
What stays on your phone
Your confirmed calendar, reminder choices, and locally kept schedule photos are stored on your phone. You can use saved shifts offline. We do not need your contacts, location, employer login, or messages.
Your account and backup
Signing in connects your account to a backup of confirmed shifts and preferences. It includes the name used to find your schedule, shift details, and notes you save. Photos, other people's rows, and unfinished reviews are not part of the backup. Accounts and backups are stored with Supabase in Singapore.
Reading a schedule photo
When you ask Kelly to read a photo, the photo and the name you provide are sent for private processing. Crop out information that is not needed. Other extracted rows are removed after you confirm your name.
Temporary copies and processing providers
Kelly's temporary uploaded photos and processing results expire within 24 hours. Anthropic processes photo-reading requests and normally retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days. Safety or legal exceptions can require longer retention. Deleting a Kelly copy does not erase a copy a provider must retain under its policy.
Subscriptions and the free allowance
Apple or Google handles payment. RevenueCat helps Kelly check subscription access. Kelly does not receive your full payment-card details. A device signal helps prevent repeat claims of the two free imports. Limited records used for that check can remain after account deletion without your account details.
Help requests and profile photos
A help request contains the email and message you send. Reports sent from the app can also include app version and phone model. Avoid private schedule information. A profile photo you choose is stored privately for your account.
Waitlist
If you join the waitlist on this site, we keep your email address, the phone you chose, the label of the link you followed (such as facebook), and a keyed hash of your IP address that is used only to limit repeated sign-ups. We use them to email you when Kelly is ready for your phone, and for nothing else. Supabase stores the list and Resend sends the emails. Leave at any time with the link in our email or by writing to us, and your entry is deleted. We delete the whole list once the launch emails have gone out.
Who else handles your information
Supabase stores accounts, backups, and temporary photos in Singapore. Anthropic reads schedule photos when you ask. Apple or Google handle payments, and RevenueCat checks subscription access. Resend sends email from Kelly, including sign-in codes. Vercel hosts this website. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your controls
Delete a saved photo without deleting its confirmed shifts. Delete app data from Settings to remove local data and request processing-data cleanup. Sign out to clear this account's local data after a final backup. Delete the account to remove the backup and associated account records.
Deleting your account
You can start in Kelly Settings or follow the account-deletion page on this site. We check that a request comes from the email address on the account before deleting it. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage that separately with the store.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete or block it, object to its use, and get a copy. Write to kelly@cjjutba.dev and we will answer within 30 days. If you believe we handled your information wrongly, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
